About this role

This is not a lead-chasing desk job. This is the ground floor. BioMedixAI is a Bangladesh-built, world-class healthcare operating system — one live platform that takes a diagnostic center, clinic, chamber, or pharmacy fully digital: online presence, patient booking, billing, lab reports, the works. We're at the stage every big company was once at — early, hungry, and looking for the first people who can walk into a center, show the owner something that fixes their daily headache, and get them started. If you've ever thought "I could sell anything if the product were actually good" — read on. The product is real, it's live, and you can put it on the owner's screen in 10 minutes. You won't be employee #400 selling a commodity. You'll be one of the first — learning a proven playbook on a live product, with room to grow into a team lead as we scale. Responsibilities

• Build your own list of 20–30 target centers a week — diagnostic centers, solo doctor chambers, small clinics, pharmacies in your area. • Be in the field — not cold-calling from a desk. Get past "who are you" to "show me." • Give a 10-minute live demo using the owner's own patient/test — we'll train you to nail it. • Onboard them as a Founding Member (free right now) and, most importantly, get them actually using it — not just signing. • Collect a testimonial and 2 referrals from every happy owner. • Keep a simple pipeline updated daily.

Requirements

• Hungry — you want your income to reflect your effort, not a flat salary ceiling. • 2–4 years in field sales. Pharma reps and medical-device reps are ideal — you already know how to walk into a diagnostic center and talk to the owner. • Presentable, a strong talker, comfortable demoing from a smartphone. • Genuinely interested in healthcare and technology — not just here for a paycheck. • Your own bike / easy local mobility is a bonus. • Attitude and hustle beat a degree. We hire the person, not the CV.

Benefits

• Base retainer for stability while you build your pipeline. • UNCAPPED activation commission — ৳1,500–3,000 for every Founding Member who actually starts using the platform. • Proof bonus — ৳1,000 per center for a testimonial + 2 referrals. • Travel allowance for your field costs. • When we move to paid plans: base stays + 10–20% commission on the first year's subscription you close. • Ground-floor role with a clear path to team lead as we scale.
