Is there any monthly base or setup fee?+
No. There is no base fee, no setup fee and no monthly cap. You pay only for the patients you serve (or sales you make), and only when a bill or record is actually created. A month with no activity costs nothing.
Does the rate get cheaper at higher volume?+
Yes. Patient plans drop once you pass a monthly threshold (৳3 Doctor & OPD, ৳5 Diagnostic, ৳8 Hospital admission). A hospital is billed per activity — admission, OPD, diagnostic and pharmacy each have their own meter and step-down. Pharmacy steps down too: ৳0.50 up to 1,000 sales, ৳0.30 up to 4,500, then ৳0.25.
A pharmacy has no patients — how is it billed?+
Per POS sale instead of per patient. Because pharmacy sales are many and small, the rate is much lower and drops as you sell more — all with no base fee and no cap.
Do I pay per staff member or per branch?+
Neither. Add as many receptionists, technicians and doctors as you like at no extra cost. Billing follows activity — patients or sales — not seats.
When does billing start?+
Every new customer gets a 15-day free trial, which starts when you create your first facility or doctor page — additional facilities or pages you add share the same trial window. Which currency am I billed in?+
The currency of the country your facility is registered in. Prices are calibrated per market — never a blind conversion of the Bangladesh figures — so you always see fair, local numbers.
