- For patients & families — a public ambulance finder that ranks available ambulances by how close they are, so you can call or message a real provider in seconds. No account needed.
- For providers — a listing you create to put your fleet on the marketplace, receive requests, and manage your vehicles, drivers, and availability.
💡 Tip: You never need to log in to find an ambulance. Signing in is only for running one.
🔎 Finding an Ambulance (Patients & Families)
Open the finder from the marketplace Ambulance category, or go straight to /ambulance.
- Enter your area — type a district, thana, or city (e.g. Mymensingh).
- Allow location (optional) — if your browser shares your position, results re-sort to Nearest first using straight-line distance.
- Filter by type — narrow to the ambulance you need (ICU, AC, freezer van, etc.).
- Refine — filter by verified providers only, by minimum rating, or by specific cities.
- Sort — choose Nearest first, Highest rated, or By name.
- Connect directly — tap a provider to call or WhatsApp them instantly. You talk to the operator directly and confirm pickup and fare with them.
💡 Tip: Each result card shows the provider's coverage area, vehicle types, and rating — scan these before you call so your first question is already answered.
🚨 In an Emergency
The finder is built for speed, but it is a directory — not a replacement for national emergency services.
- Life-threatening situation? Call your national emergency number first. The finder shows this reminder whenever a search comes back empty.
- Widen your search — if nothing appears, remove a filter or search a nearby area; a provider one thana over may still reach you quickly.
- Share your location so distance ranking surfaces the closest crews.

Providers tag each vehicle so you find the right level of care:

🏥 Listing Your Ambulance Service (Providers)
Run ambulances? Put them on the marketplace so nearby patients find you.
- Go to your dashboard → Ambulance services (
/dashboard/ambulance). - Click Register and fill in your provider profile: name, contact phone, WhatsApp number, an about intro, and operating hours (e.g. 24/7 Emergency).
- Set your service areas — a comma-separated list of the districts, thanas, or cities you cover — plus your base city and address.
- Save. Your provider is created and owner-scoped to you.
💡 Tip: Fill service areas generously and accurately — this is exactly what area searches match against, so it decides how often patients see you.
🚙 Managing Your Fleet & Drivers
From your provider's detail page you control everything:
- Add vehicles — give each a registration number, type, optional equipment list, and optional pricing (base fare and per-km rate).
- Assign drivers — add drivers with name, mobile, WhatsApp, and licence number, then attach them to vehicles.
- Toggle availability — mark a vehicle Available or On trip so patients only reach crews that can actually respond.
- Add a feature photo — a clear photo of your ambulance builds instant trust on your public card.
You can also link a provider to an existing facility when a hospital runs its own fleet.
📥 Requests & Getting Verified
- Request inbox — every time a patient connects, a lightweight request is logged to your provider inbox (with pickup details when shared). Advance each one: confirm → complete → cancel.
- Publish approval — before a new listing appears publicly the first time, a SuperAdmin reviews and confirms it. This keeps the marketplace verified and trustworthy. Once approved, you freely toggle your listing public or private anytime.
- Contact privacy — patients reach you through the platform-mediated card, so your details surface appropriately in the right context.
⭐ Reviews & Trust
Ratings on BioMedixAI are earned, not gamed. A patient can only rate a provider (1–5 stars) using the tracking token from a real connection request. No booking, no review — which keeps ratings honest and protects good operators from fake feedback.
