🔑 Step 1 — Create Your Account

What it is: your single identity on the platform. One person = one account, even if you play many roles (patient today, doctor tomorrow).

1. Go to the homepage and click Sign up — it's free. 🆓
2. Enter your name, mobile/email and a password.
3. That's it — you land on your home screen.

💡 Tip: You never need a second account. Roles stack on the same login, so your history stays in one place.

🔎 Step 3 — Find What You Need

BioMedixAI is a marketplace first. From the homepage you can search or browse:

• 🏥 Find facilities — hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres.
• 🚑 Ambulance — nearest available vehicles, like calling a ride.
• 🩸 Blood donors — search by group and area.
• 🛒 Shop — equipment and medicines, Daraz-style.

💡 Feynman moment: the AI search box understands plain language. Type "chest pain doctor near me" and it finds the right specialist — you don't need to know the medical term. 🧠

📅 Step 4 — Book an Appointment

What it is: asking a doctor or facility to see you at a chosen time.

1. Open a doctor's or facility's page. 👀
2. Pick a date and time slot that's free.
3. Confirm — you get a token/booking reference. 🎟️
4. Track its status any time; you can cancel or reschedule yourself.

💡 Tip: No account needed for some call-to-book listings — you'll get a 6-digit token to track your request.

🩺 Step 5 — For Doctors: Consult & Prescribe

What it is: the doctor's digital chamber. Everything a paper file did, but faster and safer.

1. Open your appointment list for the day.
2. Click a patient → write the consultation note (complaints, findings).
3. Add a prescription — search drugs, pick doses, use templates. 💊
4. Add investigations (lab tests) right on the Rx.
5. Finalise → a clean PDF is ready to print or share.

💡 Why it's safe: every change is audited. If you amend a finalised prescription, the old version is never silently overwritten — it's chained, so history is always clear. 🔒

• 🛍️ Sell products — add equipment or medicines; buyers add to cart and checkout (cash-on-delivery today, online payment soon).

Do I need to install anything? 📲 No. It works in any browser, and you can Add to Home Screen to use it like an app (it even works partly offline).
