For patients, BioMedixAI is free forever. Signing up never costs anything, and you never need a second account. If your role grows later — say you also help run a clinic, or you register as a blood donor — those roles simply stack onto the same account.

1. Open the website in any browser (phone or computer).
2. Tap Sign up and enter your basic details.
3. That's it — you're in. Head to your dashboard to start.

💡 Tip: You can Add to Home Screen to make BioMedixAI open like a real app — with a tap from your phone's home screen, and it even works partly offline in weak-signal areas.

🆔 Your Universal Health ID (UHID)

Imagine a health passport that every hospital, clinic, and lab on the platform can recognize. That's your Universal Health ID (UHID).

Normally, every new clinic makes you start from zero — new form, new file, no history. With a UHID, your history follows you across every facility on BioMedixAI. Less repeating yourself, fewer lost reports.

Bringing your visits together

If you've already visited a few facilities, you can claim and unify them under one UHID:

1. Go to your dashboard and open your health identity.
2. Choose to claim a record from a facility you've visited.
3. Once verified, that history joins your single UHID.

💡 Tip: Unifying your UHID means a doctor at a brand-new clinic can (with your permission) see the fuller picture — safer care, faster.

🔎 Finding Doctors, Clinics & More

BioMedixAI is a marketplace, a bit like a directory that actually books for you.

You can search by what you need and browse listings before deciding. Ambulances and diagnostic centres are listed too.

💡 Tip: Not sure where to begin? Start on your dashboard — everything branches out from there.

📅 Booking an Appointment

Booking is like reserving a seat: you pick a time that's open, and it's yours.

1. Open a doctor or facility listing.
2. Look at the available free slots and pick one that suits you.
3. Confirm — your appointment is booked.

Call-to-book listings

Some listings use call-to-book instead of instant slots. When you request one, you'll receive a 6-digit token. Keep it handy — the facility's desk uses it to find and confirm your booking.

💡 Tip: Save your token (a screenshot works). It's the quickest way for staff to pull up your request.

🔁 Tracking, Rescheduling & Cancelling

Plans change — and you're in control, no phone tag required.

• Track: check your booking's live status right from your account.
• Reschedule: move your appointment to a different open slot yourself.
• Cancel: can't make it? Cancel on your own, anytime.

1. Go to your dashboard and open your bookings.
2. Pick the appointment you want to change.
3. Choose Reschedule or Cancel — done.

💡 Tip: Rescheduling early frees the slot for someone else and usually gets you a better time too.

📁 Your Records, All in One Place

Think of this as a shoebox of medical papers — except tidy, searchable, and never misplaced.

Your patient portal shows your visits and reports from facilities you've used. Even better, you can upload your own records — old prescriptions, lab printouts, X-ray photos — so everything lives together.

Uploading is simple

1. Open your records in your dashboard.
2. Add a photo or file of your document.
3. It appears in a friendly feed (like a social post), and you can tap any image to open it full-size in a lightbox.

💡 Tip: Snap a photo of paper prescriptions right after a visit — future-you will be grateful when a new doctor asks for your history.

After a visit, your feedback helps the next patient choose well.

Once you've seen a doctor or facility, you can leave a review and rating. Honest, first-hand experiences make the whole community better — and help great providers stand out.
