2. Choose to create a Facility, and set its kind to Pharmacy 💊.
3. Fill in your shop name, location, and details, then finish the wizard.
4. Your pharmacy now appears in your business overview — this is your daily control room.

💡 Tip: New public listings pass a quick SuperAdmin publish-approval before they appear publicly the first time. Once approved, you control visibility yourself. Your internal tools (POS, inventory) work immediately — approval only gates the public storefront.

💳 Point of Sale (POS)

The POS is your electronic cash counter — for both over-the-counter items and prescription sales.

Selling in three steps

1. Open POS and use search to find a medicine by name.

1. Create a chain.
2. See your eligible facilities (your pharmacy facilities that can join).
3. Add branches to the chain — or remove them as your footprint changes.

Each branch keeps its own POS and stock, while the chain gives you the connective tissue to manage them as one business.

🛒 e-Pharmacy Storefront

Your pharmacy can have a public storefront so customers can order without walking in — your shop, online.

• Customers browse your catalogue at /shop/<slug>.
• They place an order directly from the storefront.
• Each order gets a tracking token, so the customer can follow its status.
