This guide walks you through it, step by step.

🌟 Why You Need a Professional Page

Think of your Page as your verified name-badge on the internet. A paper CV sits in a drawer; a Page works for you around the clock — searchable, shareable, and always up to date.

With a Page you can:

• Show a clean public profile at /p/<your-slug> with your photo and a Markdown Bio.
• Be found by patients, clients, and facilities in Find professionals.
• Receive hire offers and (for service roles) bookings.
• Apply to real openings on Healthcare jobs.

💡 Tip: One account, many roles. If you are both a nurse and, say, a marketer, you don't need two logins — your roles stack. Just create a second Page from the same account.

🎭 Find Your Role — The 7 Page Kinds

When you create a Page, you choose a kind. Each kind is tuned for that profession — different tabs, and different ways people connect with you.

Managers and Receptionists are almost always hired full-time for a facility, so they use Hire me rather than public bookings. Everyone else can do both.

💡 Tip: Licensed roles carry trust markers — Nurses are BNMC-verified and Pharmacists are PCB-verified. Keep your license details ready when you set up.

🛠️ Create Your Page in 4 Steps

Creating is done from the homepage Create menu — Pages always live at your identity home, not inside a facility workspace.

1. Go to create at home and open the Create menu.
2. Choose Page, then pick your kind (Nurse, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, Marketer, Manager, Receptionist, or OT Boy).
3. Enter your name, specialty details, and license info where the role asks for it.
4. Save. Your Page is created and now lives in your dashboard.

💡 Tip: Picked the wrong kind by mistake (e.g. chose Nurse but meant Lab Technician)? There's a short correction window to switch the kind while the Page is brand-new, before it builds up activity.

🖼️ Polish Your Public Profile

Your profile is what a stranger sees first, so make it count. Every Page has three core areas:

• Bio + photo — write your Bio in Markdown (headings, bullet lists, bold). Add a clear, friendly photo.
• A "served" tab — this changes per role, so it always reads naturally:
  • Nurse → My Clients
  • Pharmacist → My Customers
  • Lab Technician → Collection History
  • Marketer → Engagements (plus a custom Campaigns tab)
  • OT Boy → Assists Done
  • Manager → a Teams I Lead tab
• An "affiliations" tab — Where I work / Pharmacies / Centres / Hospitals — showing the facilities you're attached to.

💡 Tip: Write your Bio for a real person, not a robot. Lead with what you do, where you serve, and one line on why patients trust you. Short paragraphs win.

📅 Bookings — Get Hired for a Service

If your role supports bookings (Nurse, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, Marketer, OT Boy), people can request your service directly from your public Page.

1. A client opens your /p/<slug> profile.
2. They send a booking request for the service they need (e.g. a home injection or a sample collection).
3. You receive it and confirm from your dashboard.
4. Completed work builds up your served history — social proof for the next client.

This is perfect for freelance and per-visit work: a nurse doing home wound-care rounds, a phlebotomist collecting samples across town, or an OT assistant taking per-procedure jobs.

🤝 Hire Offers & Joining a Facility

Beyond one-off bookings, facilities and people can bring you on board with a hire offer — ideal for full-time or shift roles like Manager and Receptionist.

1. A facility finds your Page and sends you a hire offer.
2. You review the offer and accept or decline.
3. On accepting, a join / page-staff flow attaches you to that facility.
4. The facility then appears on your affiliations tab, and you show up in their staff directory.

💡 Tip: You stay in control. A hire offer is an invitation — nothing attaches to your identity until you accept it.

🔎 Get Found & Apply for Jobs

Two paths bring work to you:

• Be discovered. Once public, your Page appears in Find professionals, filterable by role. Facilities searching for a night-shift nurse or a growth marketer can find you there.
• Go get it. Browse Healthcare jobs and apply to openings that fit — from front-desk receptionist roles to hospital operations managers.

💡 Tip: A complete profile with a photo, a rich Bio, and a few served entries ranks better in a searcher's eyes. Fill it out before you start applying.

✅ Going Public — The Approval Step

To keep the platform trustworthy, a brand-new public Page passes a quick SuperAdmin approval before it appears publicly for the first time.

1. Finish your profile and set the Page to public.
2. It enters a short review queue.
3. Once approved, it goes live at /p/<your-slug>.
4. From then on, you toggle visibility freely — public or private, whenever you like.

💡 Tip: Approval is fastest when your Page is complete and honest — real name, real photo, accurate role and license. Half-finished Pages take longer.
