1. Who we are and what BioMedixAI is

BioMedixAI is a technology platform that (a) lets patients discover and book healthcare professionals and facilities, and (b) gives professionals and facilities tools to manage appointments, records, billing, and operations. BioMedixAI is not a healthcare provider, hospital, diagnostic centre, pharmacy, or medical practice. We do not practise medicine, provide medical advice, or deliver healthcare services. Care is provided solely by the independent professionals and facilities you choose to engage.

2. Medical disclaimer & emergencies

Content on BioMedixAI — including listings, profiles, articles, and any AI-assisted suggestions — is for general informational and scheduling purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician for any medical concern. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately — do not rely on BioMedixAI.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Minors' care is managed by a parent, guardian, or treating facility.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person uses one account; roles (patient, doctor, nurse, manager, and others) stack on a single identity rather than duplicate accounts.
• Professionals must hold and maintain valid licences/registrations for their stated role and are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

4. Bookings & appointments

BioMedixAI facilitates appointment requests between you and a professional or facility. A booking is a request to that provider; confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, fees, and the care itself are governed by the provider's own policies. We do not guarantee availability, outcomes, or the conduct of any provider.

5. Fees

Access to BioMedixAI is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or service fees in the future; if we do, we will give reasonable prior notice and you may choose whether to continue. Any charges payable to a professional or facility for healthcare services are set and collected by that provider, not by BioMedixAI.

6. Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate the platform and provide the service to you and the providers you engage. You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• impersonate others or misstate your qualifications or affiliations;
• attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, probe or breach security, or disrupt the service;
• scrape, resell, or misuse other users' data, or use the platform to send spam;
• use any automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, AI agents, or scripts) to access, index, harvest, or copy any part of the platform, its listings, directory, or data, except for compliant search-engine crawling permitted by our robots.txt;
• copy, reproduce, mirror, frame, republish, or create a derivative or competing service from the platform's pages, design, layout, content, code, or database, in whole or in part;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying structure of the platform, or remove any proprietary notice.

7. Professional verification

We make reasonable efforts to verify professional licences and facility details, including a “verified” indicator where applicable. Verification is not a guarantee of competence, quality, or fitness for any purpose, and you remain responsible for your own due diligence before engaging any provider.

8. Intellectual property

The BioMedixAI name, logo, software, source code, page designs, look-and-feel, compiled assets, and the structure and selection of the directory and database are owned by LifeLink Innovation and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for its intended purpose; no other rights are granted. You may not copy, clone, or reproduce the platform's appearance, code, or data to build a similar or competing product. Unauthorised copying, scraping, or cloning is a breach of these Terms and may infringe our intellectual-property rights, entitling us to suspend access and pursue legal remedies.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using BioMedixAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect users, the platform, or the public. Healthcare records are retained or archived as required by law (see the Privacy Policy) even after an account closes.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BioMedixAI and LifeLink Innovation are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or services of any professional or facility, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioMedixAI and LifeLink Innovation from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under the laws of the country in which you use BioMedixAI.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
